We take pride in the quality of our craftsmanship, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all Johnstons of Elgin tags intact.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and choose your preferred refund method.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all luxury labels and security tags remain attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal or use the QR code provided at your local drop-off point to secure the package for transit.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team has inspected the returned knitwear at our mill, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
